Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit at a vibrant healthcare facility located in Seneca, South Carolina. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts, typically from 07:00 to 19:30, with weekend coverage on an alternating basis. Floating between units is required, so flexibility to work in various settings is essential. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse conditions, including respiratory illnesses, infections, dementia, and neurological issues. The role emphasizes collaboration within a supportive team environment, with a charge RN available to assist with workflow. Experience with EPIC documentation, Omnicell medication system, and the ability to pass an EKG exam are necessary. Certificates such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, along with an active South Carolina RN license, are required. Bring at least 2 years of relevant experience and enjoy the rewarding challenge of caring for an elderly population with complex needs in a unit that values teamwork and professionalism.
