Job Description:

Join a fast-paced ICU environment as an ICU Registered Nurse supporting a newly opened Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Odessa, TX. This role involves caring for a mix of MS/Tele, PCU, and critical care patients, with the possibility of floating to these areas based on census needs. You'll be focusing on high-acuity patients under a carefully managed nurse-to-patient ratio, with 2:1 in critical care and 6:1 in medical-surgical/telemetry. This assignment offers a chance to experience critical care in a supportive setting, all while working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll be part of a dedicated team delivering top-tier patient care in a hospital that emphasizes growth and innovation.
