Job Description:

This ER RN position at ThedaCare Waupaca offers a compelling opportunity to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. You’ll be providing critical support on a busy 8-bed emergency unit, handling a patient ratio of 1:4. The role involves utilizing Epic charting system and fulfilling certification requirements such as AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. Within this assignment, you will be the frontline responder, managing a variety of urgent cases and collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient stability. The unit's focus is on delivering prompt, efficient emergency care amidst a setting that values skilled communication and rapid decision-making.
