Job Description:

Join a step-down unit as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Beaufort, South Carolina. This role requires working 12-hour day shifts, with responsibilities that include floating to medical-surgical, telemetry, and step-down units as needed. You'll need at least two years of med-surg experience and prior step-down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) background. The unit, a 29-bed general surgical and orthopedic area, offers an engaging environment where adaptability is key. This assignment provides an opportunity to experience a dynamic hospital setting, with occasional holiday and weekend shifts, and the chance to enhance your skills across multiple units. Must be licensed in South Carolina and comfortable with floating frequently. No scrubs provided; expect to wear royal blue and white. Certified in BCLS and ACLS required.
