Job Description:

Join a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as a PICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Seattle, WA. This role involves providing specialized nursing support in a critical care setting, with shifts scheduled for 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll be floating to NICU or other units within your skill set, and the position offers the chance to work with experienced teams on assignments that enhance your pediatric critical care expertise. Eligibility includes current pediatric ICU experience, active BLS and PALS certifications, and a willingness to work every other weekend. Orientation will be provided to help you settle into this fast-paced environment, and all candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply—including first-time travelers with prior pediatric ICU exposure. The role emphasizes hands-on procedures like breathing treatments, chest tube care, ventilation management, and vascular access, making every shift engaging and rewarding.
