Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team in Seattle, where you will provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III or IV environment. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour daytime shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, offering a unique opportunity to work with high-risk infants in a state-of-the-art facility. The role emphasizes hands-on skills such as managing CPAP/BiPAP, high-frequency vents, PICC lines, and attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries. Responsibility also includes working within a bustling 77-bed NICU, often with an average census of 50, and occasionally floating to nearby units like Issaquah, Edmonds, or Pediatrics/NBN. If you are experienced with infants born at 23-24 weeks gestation and have at least three years of NICU experience, this position is tailored for your expertise.
