Job Description:

This NICU RN contract places you at a bustling Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Phoenix, Arizona. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts for an estimated total of 36 hours per week over a 13-week duration. The role involves managing a diverse array of neonatal cases, including premature infants, those with cardiac defects, genetic disorders, and patients undergoing ECMO and cooling treatments. Expect to complete SIMs Lab skills for Foley catheter insertion and demonstrate proficiency in maintaining sterile fields, lifts, restraints, and wound care. This assignment provides a perfect blend of technical challenge and hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment, with an emphasis on quick decision-making and specialized neonatal care.
