Job Description:

Join a fast-paced trauma medical/surgical unit as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to trauma patients with complex needs, often requiring drips and advanced monitoring. Flexibility to float within the hospital, including possible assignments at satellite campuses, is essential. This role expects experienced nurses comfortable with high acuity cases, EPIC charting, and handling acute and chronic trauma cases. The setting offers a unique opportunity to work in a top-rated hospital that values efficiency and patient safety, with patient ratios of approximately 1:5 to 1:6 during night shifts.
