Job Description:

Seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a 26-week contract at a renowned children's hospital in Lubbock, Texas. This role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12-hour schedule. The NICU unit is a Level IV facility, requiring at least 2+ years of NICU experience, with a preference for Level III or higher expertise. Your responsibilities will include providing specialized neonatal care, float between units as needed, and supporting a team managing ratios of 1:2-4 babies. This position includes self-scheduling weekends, a block schedule, and ongoing opportunities for longer contracts if desired.
