This role offers a mix of patient communication, education, and administrative tasks such as telephone triage, result communication, prior authorizations, and working with quality metrics. The position utilizes Epic EMR for both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing an engaging experience for healthcare professionals interested in clinical support outside of direct patient care.
