Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding travel nursing experience in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where you'll step into a fast-paced PCU setting. This 13-week assignment involves night shifts, giving you a chance to hone your skills managing higher acuity patients with a variety of respiratory challenges. From ventilator management to telemetry interpretation, you'll be at the forefront of critical care, supported by a dedicated team including respiratory therapists and a team lead. This role is perfect for nurses with a minimum of two years' experience who are ready to take on a lively unit with an average patient ratio of 1:4-5. Your expertise in IV starts, vent management, and dysrhythmia interpretation will shine here, especially with certifications like ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS preferred. No RTO after booking is allowed, and float requirements include like-unit coverage, ensuring you stay adaptable and engaged throughout your assignment.
