Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding travel assignment at Sycamore Springs, an inpatient behavioral health and addictions hospital situated in Lafayette, Indiana. As an RN, you'll spend 12-hour days working across two units that serve adults with various mental health needs, including substance abuse, mood, psychotic, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. During this 13-week contract, you'll experience a mix of stimulating challenges and meaningful patient interactions, with a rotation that keeps things fresh and engaging. Your role involves crisis intervention, verbal de-escalation, and behavioral management, all in a setting where thorough documentation and compassionate communication are key. The hospital values your expertise to help create a safe and supportive environment for patients while providing the variety and focus you crave in your travel journey.
