Job Description:

This 13-week contract in the Bronx offers an engaging opportunity for RNs with psychiatric experience to work night shifts on a busy adult psychiatric unit. You'll be supporting individuals with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression, in a med-stable but challenging environment. Expect to take on responsibilities that range from safety checks and vitals to phlebotomy and assisting nursing staff. The role offers a chance to step into a charge nurse position, overseeing patient care and staff, in a setting that values de-escalation techniques over restraints.
