Job Specifics:

Location: Dayton, Ohio
Shift: Night, 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
Duration: 13 weeks with a weekly commitment of 48 hours
This assignment involves working with telemetry, drips, vents, and complex cardiac monitoring. The unit typically runs 1:2 patient ratios across a 36-bed unit, with the possibility of floating to other campuses, including Dayton South and Englewood. The position requires experience with A-line management, ventilators, sheaths, dialysis, and ABG draws. Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification, and pass an online EKG tele competency. EPIC experience is preferred. First-time travelers are welcome, and Ohio licensure isn't required at signing. The contract involves working every other weekend and holiday, with some flexibility around low census cancellations. Navy blue scrubs are worn, and specific RTO requests are considered at the manager’s discretion.
