Job Description:

Join us as a Critical Care RN on a 13-week contracted assignment in Duluth, MN. This role will have you floating between critical care units, providing vital support in a fast-paced hospital environment. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, delivering high-level care to patients with diverse needs, from stroke to cardiac conditions. This isn’t your average night shift – you'll be part of a team that values resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking. Expect to engage in meticulous charting, discharge planning, and recognizing patient needs—sometimes all before breakfast, but don’t worry, the scenery and the team make it worthwhile.

Additional notes: Must have Minnesota RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; TNCC and CCRN preferred. Experience in critical care within the past 3 years is a plus, with at least one year in acute care. Candidates comfortable managing independently and adapting to change will excel in this role. Scrub color is royal blue, and weather experience in colder climates is preferred for reliability during winter weather.
