Job Description:

Join our pediatric behavioral health team in a stimulating overnight role that offers a chance to work with children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges. This 13-week contract is perfect for nurses with at least two years of pediatric psychiatric experience, ready to make a meaningful impact in a hospital setting that values innovative care. As part of this team, you'll manage a wide range of cases—from depression and ADHD to autism and eating disorders—using least restrictive methodologies, de-escalation techniques, and physical safety measures when necessary. This role provides an opportunity to refine your skills in a supportive environment, with dedicated pediatric mental health specialists and a primary care model tailored for safety and effective treatment.

Job Specifics:

Location: Seattle, Washington

Shift: Night shift, 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), four days per week
