Job Description:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for PICU Registered Nurses to work on a 13-week contract, delivering care during 12-hour night shifts in Cincinnati, Ohio. You'll be part of a dedicated team, floating as needed to both CICU and other units, providing critical care to some of the most vulnerable pediatric patients. The role involves maintaining a flexible approach with block scheduling, including weekends and holidays, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy variety and challenge in their work environment. Expect to work in a fast-paced setting with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, ensuring personalized attention for each young patient.

Job Specifics:

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Travelers must work a minimum of 2 holidays. Night shifts may require floating to CICU or other units, based on census needs. Block scheduling can be accommodated for those willing to work weekends only (Friday through Sunday).
