Job Description:

Join the team at a well-equipped hospital as a Medical Laboratory Scientist for a 13-week contract in Millcreek, Utah. Your expertise in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and blood banking will be key to supporting laboratory operations that keep the hospital running smoothly. Enjoy a manageable 10-hour shift schedule from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working 7 days on followed by 7 days off, with no on-call responsibilities required—though optional on-call can be arranged if desired. This role offers a chance to work with advanced equipment like Siemens Chemistry analyzers, Beckman Coulter systems, and Ortho Vision for Blood Bank, all within a supportive team of professionals dedicated to accurate results and high-quality testing. Expect to perform a variety of procedures, including specimen processing, chemistry assays, hematology testing, and blood bank work, all in an environment that values your skills and certification from ASCP or equivalent.
