Job Description:

Join our team as a dedicated Intensive Care Unit nurse in Little Rock, Arkansas, for a 13-week travel contract on a 12-hour night shift schedule. You'll be working in a vibrant pediatric ICU setting, caring for critically ill children with conditions such as respiratory distress, post-surgical recovery, trauma, and complex chronic issues like ECMO and dialysis. This role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced physicians, residents, and specialists, all while floating between units like PICU and IMCU, ensuring a well-rounded and dynamic experience. Expect around two to three days of orientation, and enjoy the unique opportunity to experience pediatric critical care in a hospital that emphasizes education and teamwork. Your work will involve direct patient monitoring, medication management with Pyxis, and supporting a diverse pediatric population in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
