Job Description:

Join our dedicated team in Winnemucca for a 13-week travel contract as an RN in LDRP, where you'll be part of a close-knit obstetrics unit handling approximately 20 births per month. In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing care during low-risk labor, antepartum testing, and postpartum recovery, along with caring for sick newborns prior to transport. The setting offers the opportunity to work across labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery areas within a supportive team utilizing advanced fetal monitoring and infusion devices. This is a chance to make a real difference in a community that values practical, compassionate care—and yes, there are some C-sections, but you'll mainly focus on normal deliveries and stabilizing high-acuity babies for transfer. Expect an engaging, hands-on experience with a team approach that values flexibility and expertise.
