Job Description

Take your nursing expertise to Nashville for a 13-week contract on a neuro medical-surgical unit. As a registered nurse, you will care for a varied adult patient population while prioritizing assignments, starting IVs, providing basic wound care, and managing surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes. This 12-hour night assignment offers 36 hours per week, with bedside shift report and meaningful interactions with patients and families. You will document in Meditech and work with equipment including telemetry, IV pumps, continuous pulse oximetry, feeding pumps, PCA pumps, EKG machines, and bladder scanners. An active RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required. Navy scrubs are required. Nashville’s music scene gives your days off a chance to hit a high note.
