Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare assignment caring for patients in a progressive care neuro-trauma setting. This role is designed for an experienced registered nurse with telemetry and step-down expertise who is comfortable supporting patients with complex neurological and trauma-related needs. Daily work may include managing bedside monitoring, high-flow oxygen, chronic ventilators, end-tidal oxygen monitoring, and subdural drains, along with participating in care involving chest tubes and EEGs. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend coverage, and no on-call requirement. Neuro and trauma experience, along with NHISS and TNCC, are preferred.
