Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract is seeking a Case Manager for a critical-need assignment in Los Angeles. The Case Manager will help coordinate services, support care planning, and guide patients through appropriate resources and follow-up. With 8-hour day shifts and a 40-hour weekly commitment, this assignment offers a structured schedule while you experience life in Southern California.
