Take your at-bat

I'd like to talk directly to all the dreamers out there. The nurses that are stuck in perm staff jobs. The ones that watch travelers come and go, and desperately want that for themselves. The freedom to travel the country. The control over their career like they've never had before. Let me ask you a few questions...

What's holding you back?

Why not now?

What are you waiting for?

If you don't do it now, when will you?

Regret is a powerful emotion. What if you always wanted to try travel nursing, but never put yourself out there? What if you let the "wouldas, couldas and shouldas" pile up? You will never know if you don't try. Life happens. It's what you do with it that makes a difference. The best time to do something is now. There are lots of excuses for waiting, but in the end they are exactly that...excuses. Rise above them. Believe in the power of YOU. You have the ability to do this! Everything you need is inside you, you just have to put your mind to it and decide you want more than the status quo.

This isn't meant to pressure you into traveling for Atlas. We can't be everything to everyone. There are a lot of good companies out there, go find yours. Ask questions, ask a lot of questions. That's the only way to learn. In the end, only you know what is best for you.

Own the process.

Your time watching from the dugout is over. Get in the game. Take your at-bat.
