Job Description:

Join a 637-bed Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital in Macon, Georgia, for a 13-week travel RN contract in the MedSurg/Tele unit. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse patient load, including post-op surgeries, trauma, and chronic disease management, with patient ratios of 1:4-6. This role involves skills like chest tube management, IV insertions, telemetry interpretation, wound care, and discharge planning. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, rotating through weekends and holidays. The setting offers a chance to hone your clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a state-of-the-art facility.
