Job Description:

Join a fast-paced trauma medical/surgical unit where you'll provide essential nursing care to trauma patients admitted from emergency, ICU transfers, or surgical services. This 36 or 48-hour option role involves floating within scope, including potentially to Bellevue campus, as the hospital meets staffing needs. You’ll experience a setting that requires quick thinking and adaptability, working with a dedicated team that includes care techs, transport staff, swoop/paramedics, and, on some floors, LPNs. Success here means being prepared for demanding shifts and the ability to handle acute and chronic trauma cases with precision. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with some weekends, and contribute to a facility known for its advanced care and research excellence. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to sharpen trauma nursing skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.
