Job Description:

Join this engaging 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse on a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing essential patient monitoring and care to individuals with neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, and neurosurgical diagnoses. The role includes managing telemetry, interpreting dysrhythmias, and performing IV starts, all within a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes. With a focus on Neuro patients and occasional float to COVID care or other Med/Surg units, this assignment offers a hands-on experience in a specialized setting that challenges your skills and expands your expertise. Note that this position requires prior Med/Surg experience, and travelers are expected to work every other weekend, with the possibility of floating to other units to meet patient needs.
