Job Description:

This night shift assignment in Wheeling, West Virginia, offers an engaging opportunity for registered nurses experienced in cardiac telemetry. You'll be caring for patients with conditions such as arrhythmias, CHF, post-operative cardiac surgeries, and other cardiac diagnoses, all within a supportive environment. The role includes managing patients on titratable drips like Cardizem, amiodarone, and dopamine, requiring precise medication administration. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, including a charge nurse who handles full patient assignments, and benefit from a flexible self-scheduling system. Expect a rewarding experience as you contribute to cardiac recovery and post-op care in a facility with a 22-bed unit and nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-6. This assignment provides the chance to deepen your skills in cardiac monitoring and medication titration while enjoying a professional yet approachable work atmosphere.
