Job Description:

Join a step-down RN position in a compact 8-bed MST overflow unit, where you'll be the key player in delivering patient-family centered care. This role is perfect for Registered Nurses who enjoy the challenges of Medical/Surgical Stepdown environments and are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts. As part of this assignment, you'll track health trends, respond to changing patient needs, and coordinate care with healthcare teams, all while working within a supportive, fast-paced setting.
