Job Description:

Join a team of step-down registered nurses in a rewarding contract role at a healthcare facility in Kentucky. This position involves caring for patients with moderate to high acuity in a 1-4/5 patient ratio setting. You will work a 12-hour rotating shift, providing care during day shifts with every other weekend required. The role mandates recent PCU/step-down experience, along with current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, and requires a license valid in Kentucky or a compact state. Float within scope of practice and adherence to facility policies are expected. This assignment offers a comprehensive schedule with bi-weekly orientation and fluctuating patient census, making each shift unique.
