Job Description:

This stepdown neuro registered nurse position offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. You will be stationed on a specialized unit that handles neurological conditions such as strokes, aneurysms, seizures, and spinal surgeries. The environment involves caring for up to six medical-surgical patients, with some beds equipped for long-term EEG monitoring. Expect to be prepared to float frequently within the scope of your role, including possible shifts at related facilities. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of recent experience in a large, urban hospital setting, with proficiency in EPIC charting and management of drips.
