Job Description:

Join this 13-week travel contract working in a 32-bed flex unit that handles intermediate and general cases, primarily focused on oncology patients requiring surgical interventions. This role requires reading and interpreting strips with confidence, adhering to an 80-mile local radius rule, and floating to areas of similar or lower acuity. The shift is 12-hour nights, and you'll be scheduled to work three out of four holidays and six weekends within a six-week cycle. Self-scheduling offers flexibility, and the patient population includes ear, nose, and throat, colorectal, OB/GYN, urology, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and thoracic surgeries, including plastic surgery cases. Strong EPIC experience and active BLS & ACLS certification (NC or Compact license) are essential for this assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into surgical and oncology cases while exploring a lively location in North Carolina.
