Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team where you'll care for high-acuity surgical patients in a well-equipped, 16-bed intensive care unit. This contract offers 12-hour rotating shifts, providing a balanced schedule for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be involved in managing complex cases such as cardiovascular, trauma, neurosurgery, and other surgical patients, with a focus on immediate post-op heart patients cared for at a 1:1 ratio by trained nurses. The role emphasizes titration of critical drips like epi, norepi, and dopamine, while offering opportunities to work alongside a supportive team including intensivists, RTs, and nurse aides.
