Job Description:

Join this rewarding ICU RN contract where you'll be working in a busy Level I Trauma hospital known for its teaching and acute care services. With a unique opportunity to possibly switch to the Cardiothoracic ICU (CTVICU) as the new tower opens, you'll gain experience in specialized critical care equipment such as CRRT, ECMO, Impella, and IABP—handled only by device-certified nurses. Your typical shift involves 12-hour nights, providing you with plenty of time to explore the vibrant surroundings during your days off. The role requires a minimum of 1.5 years ICU experience, ACLS & BLS certifications, and the ability to float within scope to various units including ED, PACU, and other ICUs. This assignment offers guaranteed hours, with flexibility to accommodate block scheduling where possible. The hospital's cutting-edge telemetry and ventilator systems promise a challenging yet highly rewarding environment for dedicated ICU nurses.
