Job Description:

Step into the vital role of an ICU RN in our Critical Care Float Pool, where you’ll provide critical support across a variety of intensive care units. This contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, floating between Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU, based on staffing needs and patient acuity. Your expertise will help ensure seamless patient care across units, requiring adaptability and a broad skill set. Expect to take on responsibilities like ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and using EPIC for documentation, while enjoying the diversity of ICU environments. This role is designed for experienced ICU nurses ready to make a difference wherever needed—and perhaps enjoy a new perspective with each shift.
