Job Description:

This neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) contract offers a hands-on opportunity for experienced RNs to work with delicate neonatal patients ranging from feeder growers to complex ICU cases. You'll be providing specialized care during overnight shifts, supporting your team through a schedule that balances long hours with frequent weekend work. This role involves managing multiple patients with varying needs, delegating tasks, and collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
