Job Description:

Join a dedicated Med Surg RN team in Roswell, NM, on a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every other weekend. This role involves floating to adjacent units like ICU or Step Down, with minimal call responsibilities. You'll primarily manage general medicine and surgical patients, including some post-op ortho and general surgery cases, with a patient ratio of 1:6 or 1:7. Experience in Cerner EMR and Mindray Telemetry systems is preferred. The ward is equipped with 36 beds, and the role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment that occasionally requires quick adaptations to unit needs.
