Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse contract offers the opportunity to work overnight shifts in Worcester, MA, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will be responsible for providing critical care in a fast-paced emergency room environment, with an emphasis on telemetry reading and rapid response to patient needs. The assignment is unique due to the two pass/fail exams required at orientation—covering medication and telemetry knowledge—that must be successfully completed to continue. This role requires a MA license in hand, a minimum of 1.5 years of ER experience, and certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS. EPIC experience is preferred, with flexibility in shift start times based on immediate department needs. Expect an engaging work environment where your quick thinking and telemetry skills will be put to the test.
