Job Description:

Work overnight as a Registered Nurse supporting Medical/Surgical and Telemetry services in Maryville, Tennessee. This travel assignment follows a dependable 3x12 night shift structure (19:00–07:30), with weekend coverage scheduled every other weekend—subject to operational needs. Expect a mix of clinical scenarios tied to tele/step-down workflow, including patients with higher oxygen demands, dialysis needs, atrial fibrillation, and post heart-cath monitoring. You’ll also handle time-sensitive drips commonly used on the unit, including heparin, cardizem, and amiodarone, as well as sotolol initiation and telemetry.

A key part of the role is floating to other similar units if needed, while maintaining safe, focused care consistent with step-down capabilities (no ventilator support and no pressor management). New travel nurses will be reviewed based on experience, and facility readiness includes a requirement of at least 1 year of EPIC experience.
