Job Description:

Join a travel contract supporting the fast-paced emergency and acute-care workflow at a busy Massachusetts facility in Beverly. This role is for an experienced healthcare professional who can confidently handle charge-level responsibilities and perform effectively on 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). You’ll work a consistent 36 hours per week with a 72-hour biweekly contract guarantee, ensuring steady scheduling while covering the operational needs of the unit.

To succeed in this assignment, you must hold a current MA license at the time of submission and bring 2+ years of relevant experience, including charge experience. Epic experience is required, and you’ll need to be ready for onboarding and credentialing steps, including an orientation day one pass/fail test (one attempt only) and Relias onboarding testing designed to prepare you for onsite requirements.

Certifications required include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Flexibility is important: you must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed, and applicants who have worked at BILH within the last 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract) will not be considered.
