Job Description:

Join a 35-bed medical and radiation oncology unit in Dayton, Ohio as a Registered Nurse focused on PCU/Oncology with oncology experience. This role is built for travelers who enjoy varied, mixed-acuity work across specialty clusters—supporting med surg and advanced care needs while also working with oncology and hematology patients, including blood products and chemotherapy activities. You’ll work night shift with a steady schedule of 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30, with floating required across stepdown and advanced care units at the facility’s discretion. EPIC experience is required, and you should be ready to start strong: you’ll complete an online EKG/tele competency assessment before beginning, and you must be able to read and interpret strips. You’ll also need BLS and ACLS, plus availability to work every other weekend/holiday. Flex contracts are available in addition to the standard 13-week option (including 18- or 20-week commitments), with targeted ratios typically 1:4 and up to 1:5–6.
