Job Description:

Join this exciting travel nurse assignment in Silverdale, Washington, working 12-hour night shifts for 13 weeks. You'll be providing care in a busy ER featuring 56 beds and an expanded capacity to 70-75 beds, with a separate triage area and designated psych rooms. The role involves managing a steady flow of approximately 170-200 patients daily, with a patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 for lower acuity cases. Expect to handle cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory, and mental health cases using your experience in trauma settings, with certifications such as ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, or ENPC. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and mid-level providers, managing ER tech equipment, drawing labs, and overseeing patient flow in a fast-paced environment that often requires floating staff and multitasking. This position offers the chance to sharpen your skills in a trauma-focused setting while exploring the scenic surroundings of Silverdale, with its proximity to iconic day trip destinations and outdoor adventures.
