Job Description:

Step into a Seasonal Travel RN contract supporting a Level 4 Labor & Delivery unit in Austin, Texas. This assignment runs 12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with no call required, offering a focused schedule designed for travelers who want predictable time and consistent pace. You’ll work in a unit known for caring for the most complex maternal cases at any gestation, handling a mix of labor and delivery workflow plus triage and circulating Operating Room activities.

Expect a fast, team-driven rhythm with typical staffing that supports the unit’s daily volume—plus a care team that’s known for tenured leadership and strong frontline support. Key experience needed includes high-risk maternal patient experience, circulating Operating Room work, and triage. Preferred candidates have 5+ years of experience and may be considered first. Over the course of the assignment, your work may include vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, tubal ligations, cerclage placement and removal, D&C, and cases such as C-hyst and PASD.

If you’re comfortable multi-tasking, staying agile during rapid changes, and working closely with surg techs, charge staff, and the unit clerk to keep everything moving smoothly, this is a standout contract.
