Job Description:

Join Mercy Hospital Fort Smith as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract, working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver direct patient care in the Med Tele unit, managing a patient ratio of 6:1. Success in this role requires current Arkansas RN licensure, at least 2 years of experience, and a compassionate, upbeat attitude. You’ll have the opportunity to precept students and work with the EPIC electronic medical record system, all while contributing to a facility renowned for its century-plus commitment to community health.
