Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse role offers the chance to work on a busy Oncology/MedSurg unit, primarily caring for adult patients with complex diagnoses such as cancer, sepsis, and post-chemo management. Your days will involve administering medications, managing IV therapies, and monitoring patients with a variety of conditions, including acute kidney injury and respiratory issues. The shift is overnight, providing a quieter, more focused work environment, but be prepared for the possibility of floating to similar inpatient units as needed. Unlike a typical inpatient experience, this assignment gives you an opportunity to hone your skills in chemotherapy administration and central line management, all while working in a fast-paced hospital setting. This assignment is perfect for nurses who enjoy a challenge and want to make a real difference during night shifts.
