Job Description:

Join us as a Surgical Technician-NCA on a 13-week travel assignment in Louisville, KY. You'll be integral to the surgical team, preparing and handling instrumentation and equipment for procedures such as hysterectomies, gynecological surgeries, total joints, bariatric operations, neuro spine, plastics, ENT, thoracic, and general surgeries. This role involves assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining aseptic techniques, and performing instrument counts, all while gaining hands-on experience with advanced tools including the DaVinci Robot. The schedule is day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with no weekend work, and potential call hours up to 40 in a six-week cycle. Your expertise in surgical procedures and equipment handling will directly contribute to successful patient outcomes.
