Job Description:

This operating room RN position at Hartford Hospital Eye Surgery Center offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, specialized surgical environment focused on ophthalmology procedures including cataracts, glaucoma, and ocular plastics. Your role involves providing care according to hospital protocols and industry standards such as AORN and ASPAN, with opportunities to engage in patient education tailored to diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds. The schedule is set for Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no call, weekends, or holidays—perfect for a consistent work-life balance.
