Job Description:

This MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse role offers a night shift experience in a busy short-term acute care hospital located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a typical weekly commitment of 36 hours across 13 weeks. The assignment involves managing patient monitoring and care within a telemetry unit, where you'll coordinate closely with a team to ensure safe and effective patient oversight. Expect to handle a patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6, offering some autonomy while working within a collaborative environment. Certification requirements include BLS, ACLS, and NIH, with weekend coverage every other week. You should be comfortable floating within your scope as needed and adhering to hospital policies, including return staff policies and contract limitations. This role is ideal for experienced RN travelers seeking a solid assignment in a Level III Trauma Center, with the opportunity to adapt to a fast-paced setting and enhance your skill set.
