Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PACU Registered Nurse in Tucson, Arizona, for a 13-week travel contract. This role involves working 10-hour days, with scheduled shifts from 10:00 to 20:30. The unique aspect of this assignment is the varied acuity levels, ranging from ICU to outpatient recovery, providing an opportunity to deepen your expertise across different patient care settings. You'll be responsible for managing patients' recovery in the post-anesthesia care unit, utilizing your ECS, BLS, and PALS certifications, and demonstrating at least 2 years of PACU experience. Experience with telemetry and pediatrics recovery is preferred, and comfort with ICU patients or a willingness to learn is essential. EPIC proficiency and the ability to adapt to fluctuating call hours are also required. This role does not accept first-time travelers and offers a consistent 40 hours per week.
