Job Description:

Join Carlsbad Medical Center as an ICU RN on a 13-week travel assignment in beautiful New Mexico. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with floating to ER and Med Surg departments required. You'll be responsible for providing total care to ICU patients, managing ventilators, titratable drips, and assisting with patient hygiene. Be prepared to work in a team environment where flexibility and efficiency are key. Please note that this assignment is a high-paced, hands-on role perfect for experienced ICU nurses comfortable with vent management, medication mixing, and emergency response.
